Job Title:

Electrical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation of solar power systems, including electrical works on-site.
  • Review and interpret solar electrical drawings, string configurations, and layout plans to ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and commissioning teams to deliver integrated project solutions.
  • Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for solar systems, including insulation resistance tests and continuity checks.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Master's is a plus.
  • 10 years of experience in solar PV system installation and supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV system components, including inverters, modules, combiner boxes, etc.
  • Familiarity with electrical safety standards and testing equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and construction drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
