Job Title: Electrical Manager for Manufacturing Operations

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Manager to lead our manufacturing operations team. As an Electrical Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems for our machines, as well as managing the procurement of electrical components and equipment.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our electrical department, including coordinating planning, monitoring, and supervising activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining proper communication with vendors and suppliers, as well as driving product standardization and cost reduction initiatives.

As an Electrical Manager, you will work closely with our design team to provide feedback on drawings related to electrical and pneumatic panels, hydraulic power packs, and gassing panels. You will also be responsible for implementing 5S and TQM process improvements in machine assembly activities, preparing necessary posters and labels to sustain improvement projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working in a supervisory managerial role in the manufacturing industry, preferably with ability to handle manpower.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills, with good presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to create and follow production plans, with organizational skills and willingness to take accountability.
  • Knowledge of 5S, Lean, and TQM processes, with ability to drive product standardization and cost reduction initiatives.
