**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our electrical design team in delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and timely engineering solutions for our customers.

As the head of the electrical design team, you will be responsible for creating plans, allocating resources, and ensuring compliance with standard processes and procedures. You will also be responsible for performance reviews, contract oversight, and continuous improvement activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the electrical design team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and timely engineering solutions
  • Create plans and allocate resources to meet contractual and financial targets
  • Ensure compliance with standard processes and procedures
  • Perform performance reviews, contract oversight, and continuous improvement activities

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years of industry experience in leading electrical project engineering applied to Power Transformers and Shunt Reactors, preferably in the 400kV and 765kV product range.

You should also have working experience of leading transformer cost optimization and competitiveness improvement projects, familiarity with 3D CAD and productivity tools, SAP, engineering design tools, PLM - product lifecycle management, exposure to engineering quality improvement tools such as Statistical analysis of NCs, design and test parameters, Six Sigma tools, managing customer complaints, and proficiency in both spoken and written English language.
