Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Manager

As an Electrical Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our electrical systems. Your expertise in Siemens and Fanuc system troubleshooting, as well as your knowledge of PLC logic and ladder diagrams, will be crucial in identifying and resolving complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technicians in maintenance activities related to electrical systems.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize energy consumption.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.
  • Manage inventory and purchasing processes to ensure timely delivery of critical spares.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance management.
  • Strong knowledge of Siemens and Fanuc systems, including PLC logic and ladder diagrams.
  • Experience with SAP maintenance module and cost control initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
