Electrical Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance professional to ensure efficient maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting Siemens & Fanuc system issues, maintaining PLC logic, using Siemens Step-7 Software / WinCC for monitoring and control, and working with technicians to ensure effective maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot Siemens & Fanuc system issues.
  • Maintain PLC logic, including Siemens S7200/300/1500 & Fanuc Oi /31i.
  • Use Siemens Step-7 Software / WinCC for monitoring and control.
  • Work with a variety of technicians to ensure effective maintenance.
  • Study and modify ladder diagrams.
  • Knowledge in Servo Motor, Linear, Rotary, Magnetic, Optical Encoders.
  • Knowledge of Pressure Transducer, Temperature Controller / Recorder, PT100, RTD.
  • Prepare specifications for purchases of spares and materials.
  • Implement lock out Tag out system for Multiple type energy Isolation.
  • Knowledge in SAP Maintenance Module.
  • Cost control initiative.
  • Spare Planning & Inventory Controls.
  • CNC Machine Energy Conservation Technics.
  • Corrective and preventive actions and checking its effectiveness.
  • Ensure good housekeeping and safe working practices.
  • Monitor and achieve optimum energy consumption.
  • Maintain documents of maintenance department like checklists, history card, and calibration records.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance / break-down maintenance activities related to electrical.
  • Prepare electrical related critical spares list and arrange the same.
  • Analyze breakdowns and plan corrective actions.
  • Implement TPM, 5S and Kaizen / Suggestion initiatives.
  • Substation & Utilities.
  • 33KV Substation Related Switch Gear Operation & Maintenance.
  • Knowledge in VCB/ACB Breakers.
  • Power Transformer Operation & Maintenance.
  • BBT System Maintenance.
  • EOT Crane Maintenance.
  • Protective relay Maintenance.
  • Knowledge in Control wiring Circuits.
  • Welding Machine Maintenance.
  • Compressor Operation & Maintenance.
