Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineering Manager Role

The successful candidate will oversee and review electrical designs for ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring alignment with project time, cost, and scope targets. They will collaborate with consultants and engineering teams to design and specify plant electrical equipment, substations, and main receiving stations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Electrical Design Review & Coordination:
    • Review electrical designs for both ongoing and upcoming projects, eliminating any deviations from project specifications.
    • Ensure timely completion of project deliverables in line with strategic operational objectives.
  • Project Engineering & Monitoring:
    • Track, monitor, and control project progress to ensure alignment with project targets.
    • Coordinate the preparation and review of Material Take-Off (MTO) lists and Bills of Quantity (BOQ) to support procurement activities.
  • Drawing & Documentation Review:
    • Review accuracy and completeness of equipment manufacturing drawings and general arrangement (GA) drawings.
    • Manage preparation and final review of as-built drawings for project documentation and handover.
  • Stakeholder Management & Support:
    • Act as the single point of contact for assigned projects from concept through to execution.
    • Conduct regular project review meetings to identify issues and plan effective countermeasures.

Requirements:
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Expertise in electrical design and engineering within the Chemical, Petrochemical, or Refinery sectors.
    • Experience handling grassroots-level project activities.
    • Ability to manage complex engineering deliverables and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering
