Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Brillon Consumer Products Pvt Ltd (Formerly known as SC Johnson).
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the HORECA sector. This role requires a strong understanding of the industry dynamics, customer needs, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned territory.
- Identify and prospect potential institutional clients in the HORECA & Related industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand customer needs, provide product knowledge, and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training, and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the related industry.
- Strong connections/relationships with customers that you can leverage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
