Recruitment Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic recruitment leader to drive high-impact hiring strategies and build strong industry networks.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across all departments and levels, with a focus on performance and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand talent requirements and craft scalable hiring strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, set KPIs, and oversee execution.
  • Drive sourcing for contract-to-hire positions and build a talent pipeline.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and selection for mid-to-senior level roles.
  • Maintain a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, especially in the domestic IT space.
  • Proven experience closing mid-to-senior level roles, especially for product companies (even via staffing firms).
  • Strong exposure to C2H hiring models and understanding of product-based company standards.
  • A professional who has worked in staffing firms, managing multiple client accounts.
