Business Development Executive

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Executive to join our QuoDeck Technologies Pvt. Ltd team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth by identifying new sales prospects, building strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting our products and services.
About the RoleThis is a challenging position that requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to develop effective strategies for driving business results. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Engaging with incoming leads, pitching our product offerings, and managing key account relationships with enterprise customers
- Understanding client requirements through discussions and scope planning
- Pitching and showcasing our products and services to key account stakeholders, establishing value propositions, and preparing proposals and concept notes to support client decision-making
- Crafting gamification constructs to inspire key accounts and negotiating deals to achieve the best results for QuoDeck
The successful candidate will possess a Master's Degree or PG Diploma in Business Studies, Communication, or Marketing, preferably with 2-3 years of experience in business development, B2B or IT product experience being a plus. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with good organizational skills, exceptional customer service, and relationship-building skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role involves:
- Originating new accounts and developing key account strategies
- Maintaining relationships with key clients, upselling, and cross-selling QuoDeck's products and services within key accounts
- Driving a seamless and smooth experience for clients during deployment or execution
