Job Title: Community Program Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Community Program Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing prevention services and ensuring quality-driven implementation. This role involves working with children, adolescents, and stakeholders to promote personal safety skills and awareness about child sexual abuse.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implementing prevention projects in schools and conducting awareness sessions with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders
  2. Documentation of field experiences in a timely manner
  3. Adherence to operational protocols and regular reviews with coordinators and managers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a large diverse team
  • Keenness to work with children
  • Graduation or post-graduation in Education, Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, or related fields
  • Experience in group work with children and adolescents, conducting sessions, and facilitating discussions

Benefits:

  • Salary range: ₹ 25,000 per month
  • Travel reimbursement: ₹ 5,200 per month
  • Therapeutic reimbursement: ₹ 2,000 per month
  • Annual training reimbursement: ₹ 5,000
