Visual Communications Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Visual Communications Specialist to create engaging visual solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate client briefs into compelling visual content.

The role requires someone who can balance creativity with practicality, delivering high-quality designs that captivate audiences while staying true to brand guidelines.

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a creative role, demonstrating growth and leadership in design positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective visual communication strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and engaging designs.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Diverse portfolio showcasing varied design work, including branding, digital, web, and motion graphics.
  • Advanced Adobe Suite Skills: Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Additional knowledge of AfterEffects is a plus.
