Senior Graphic Designer Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to fill this critical role. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing engaging visuals for e-learning courseware, learning management system portals, course launch pages, marketing communication, and infographics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and guidelines while maintaining high-quality standards in client deliverables.
  • Work independently, effectively communicate with clients and team members, and maintain proactive collaboration within the team and with clients.
  • Understand and meet daily targets set according to client schedules while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work products.
  • Collaborate closely with instructional designers, multimedia specialists, graphic artists, and programmers to achieve project objectives.
  • Conceptualize, design, and produce graphics that accurately depict complex technical constructs and concepts.
  • Create detailed storyboards and mechanicals for video production using Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.
  • Coach team members on visualization and reviewing their work to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain a professional working schedule while adhering to core working hours and WFH policies.
  • Communicate with customers and users through excellent customer-focused communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant work experience and academic qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Experience creating icons and infographics
  • Digital illustration skills are a plus
  • Ability to create storyboards and large numbers of graphics quickly
  • Working knowledge of human computer factors and interface design
  • Ability to learn new software and systems efficiently
