Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of work experience and a degree/diploma in Applied Arts, Graphic Design or Communication Design from a reputable college.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visual communications materials including posters, banners, brochures, leaflets, product displays, and dispensers for retail spaces.
  • Conduct project-based research, including market visits and competitor analysis.
  • Implement client brand guidelines accurately and consistently.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues alike.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic print processes and a background in print design.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
