The Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned expert in AI and machine learning to spearhead the development of cutting-edge systems. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for shaping architecture and leading delivery in a rapidly evolving domain.

You will work closely with our team of Responsible AI specialists and regulatory experts, translating complex governance principles into practical technology solutions. This leadership role combines stability and growth potential, offering a unique chance to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architecture & Build:
    • Develop and lead the architecture of new systems, integrating open-source AI testing libraries.
    • Deliver portable solutions in cloud environments, ensuring seamless scalability.
  • AI Model Testing:
    • Rigorously test models against fairness, robustness, explainability, and governance principles.
    • Implement reproducible pipelines for evaluation, benchmarking, and reporting.
  • Collaboration & Growth:
    • Partner with global Responsible AI leaders to drive innovation and best practices.
    • Contribute to client delivery, technical roadmap, and strategic planning.
  • Proven track record building, training, and evaluating AI/ML models.
  • Experience developing or integrating AI testing tools preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML/AI libraries.
  • Awareness of Responsible AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF).
  • Hands-on familiarity with explainability tools (e.g. SHAP, LIME).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity, self-drive, and ambition to grow into a senior technical leadership role.
