Your primary responsibilities will include serving as a trusted technical leader, defining reusable patterns, frameworks, and best practices across teams, leading large-scale, cross-functional engineering initiatives that align technical roadmaps with strategic business outcomes, owning critical technical decisions, and mentoring engineers at all levels.To be successful in this role, you should have extensive knowledge of backend development, data & messaging, cloud technologies, system design & architecture, and AI & innovation. You should also possess excellent collaboration & leadership skills, including stakeholder management, cross-team communication, and org-wide technical direction.In addition to your technical skills, you should have experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.   • Backend Development (Expert): Python, Java, C#, or Golang with strong knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures
  • Data & Messaging (Advanced): Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Cloud Technologies (Proficient): AWS, GCP, Azure, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bamboo)
  • System Design & Architecture: Microservices, Domain-driven design, Event-driven architecture, Reusable frameworks, Shared libraries
  • Ai & Innovation (Preferred): Adoption of Ai accelerators, RAG, LLMs, Vector Databases, Ai-first engineering practices
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Technical mentorship, stakeholder management, cross-team communication, org-wide technical direction
