AI Technology Leader

We are seeking a visionary AI technology leader to drive our company's technical strategy and product development. As a core member of our team, you will be responsible for developing the technology stack, overseeing product development, and ensuring scalability.

The ideal candidate will have 5-15+ years of experience in technology leadership, preferably in AI, machine learning, or software tech startups. They should have a proven track record of developing and scaling AI-driven products and technologies, as well as strong leadership experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams.

The successful candidate will also have expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and related technologies, experience in building scalable, cloud-based infrastructure, and an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a technical strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances scalability.
  • Product Development Leadership: Lead the design and development of AI-driven products or any software products, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a talented technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Tech Stack & Infrastructure: Build and optimize a robust, scalable tech stack to support the company's growth and product needs.
  • Innovation & Research: Drive technological innovation by staying at the forefront of AI, machine learning, and NLP advancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of technology across all departments.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Implement systems for tracking technical performance, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring the highest standards of efficiency.
  • Risk Management & Security: Ensure compliance with industry standards, data protection regulations, and security best practices.
Qualification & Attributes:
  • 5 to 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, ideally in AI, machine learning, or software tech startups.
  • Proven track record in developing and scaling AI-driven products and technologies.
  • Strong leadership experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams.
  • Expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and related technologies.
  • Experience in building scalable, cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with modern development tools and methodologies.
