AI/ML Engineer - Senior Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned AI/ML expert to lead the development of high-performing, scalable ML/AI applications in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop cutting-edge ML/AI solutions using cloud-based technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Machine Learning models into production.
  • Implement practical and innovative ML/AI automation for scale and efficiency.
  • Develop and manage industrialized processing pipelines.
  • Define and implement best practices in ML model life cycle and ML operations.
  • Support Data Science teams in adopting AI/MLOps frameworks.
  • Stay up-to-date with modern techniques, tools, and frameworks in ML Architecture and Operations.
  • Estimate technical requirements and plan work.
  • Present solutions, concepts, and results to clients.
  • Act as Technical Leader on ML projects, defining tasks, guidelines, and evaluating results.
  • Produce technical documentation.
  • Mentor junior engineers.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of ML/AI concepts: types of algorithms, machine learning frameworks, model efficiency metrics, model life-cycle, AI architectures.
  • Familiarity with Cloud concepts and architectures, as well as working knowledge with selected cloud services.
  • Experience in programming ML algorithms and data processing pipelines using Python.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in production-ready code development.
  • Experience in designing and implementing data pipelines.
  • Practical experience with implementing ML solutions on GCP Vertex.AI and/or Databricks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and support others.
  • Taking responsibility for tasks and deliverables.
  • Great problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
