Key Finance Leadership Role

As a senior finance leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of an organization and contributing to long-term growth and sustainability.

The company is a leading research site for new-age technologies, including Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) and AI.

A proprietary product provides enterprise automation solutions to over 250+ enterprises, making it one of the top 5 IPA tools in the world.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader who can drive business performance, ensure robust financial management, and provide financial insights to the executive team and board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and analysis, managing cash flow, working capital, and investment planning while ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as an advisor for the Automation Centre of Excellence to ideate and develop automation strategies for customers.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills combined with strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with high integrity and commitment to ethical conduct.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of strategic financial leadership in a high-growth startup.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred) with a Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a high-growth startup.
