Finance Management Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. This critical position plays a key role in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making to ensure long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize costs.
    • Provide actionable insights supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Business Partnering:
    • Identify key cost levers and collaborate with leaders on pricing, contract structuring, and margin analysis.
    • Collaborate with delivery, sales, HR, and other teams to support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Accounting & Compliance:
    • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
  • Cash Flow & Risk Management:
    • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
    • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
    Requirements:
    • Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in technology services.
    • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho).
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation.
