Job Title: Financial Director

Role: Leading a Team in Finance and Accounting Functions

We are seeking an experienced and skilled financial leader to manage our finance and accounting operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing strong governance, compliance, and reporting standards as the company scales.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic financial management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive process efficiency through technology and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and maintaining accurate and timely financial records
  • Driving disciplined month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures
  • Preparing and finalizing financial statements in compliance with IGAAP and IND AS
  • Ensuring reconciliations across bank, vendor, customer, GST input, and inventory accounts
  • Delivering timely Management Information Systems (MIS) packs with actionable insights
  • Establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Financial Controls (IFC)
  • Keeping financial records continuously audit-ready and resolving audit queries
  • Overseeing statutory filings and ensuring lender and investor covenant compliance
  • Monitoring and optimizing cash flow, fund flow, and working capital cycles
  • Implementing and optimizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and accounting platforms
  • Driving automation to reduce manual dependency
  • Mentoring, leading, and upskilling the finance and accounts team
