Senior UX Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to spearhead our team's efforts in creating innovative and user-friendly product experiences. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of human-centered design principles, enabling them to craft intuitive and seamless user journeys.

About the Role

In this pivotal position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver end-to-end product experiences for integrated spend management tools. You will be responsible for gaining profound insights into our customers' needs and applying those insights to develop a comprehensive vision for an optimal experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • A portfolio showcasing impactful work that demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Deep knowledge of human-centred design/user experience design, ability to facilitate design sprints, workshops, user research.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and influence product decisions.
  • Clear articulation of design rationale, backed by data-driven insights.
  • Strong visual communication skills - sketching, storyboarding, customer journey mapping, building wireframes and prototypes.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality design execution, ensuring fit and finish.
  • Proven sense of ownership - defending design output while taking responsibility for the product outcome.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in Fintech.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Computer Science.
