The Opportunity

We're looking for a Visionary Creative Leader to spearhead projects from concept to delivery. You'll be responsible for interpreting client briefs into powerful creative ideas, guiding projects through every stage of production, and overseeing a talented team of designers, writers, and freelancers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate client briefs into creative strategies and ideas
  • Ideate across formats - social, digital, film, static, and experiential
  • Lead projects across all stages: concept, scripting, execution, post, delivery
  • Manage a creative team and resources across multiple projects
  • Pitch and present ideas to clients, confidently and effectively
  • Collaborate with producers, designers, writers, and editors to bring ideas to life
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recommend freelance talent as needed

Requirements

You've led campaigns that break through the noise, regardless of the medium, and you excel at juggling multiple projects simultaneously. You can seamlessly guide teams from pitch to delivery, possess a strong visual acumen, and know how to build a compelling narrative deck.

You're confident in pitching your vision to clients, consistently stay informed about industry developments, and always seek new inspiration. Your network includes top-tier freelance talent you can tap into when the project demands it.

Experience

7+ years of experience in a creative agency (digital or mainline)

Strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership and execution

Experience across formats: film, digital, social, experiential, static

Skilled at multitasking and managing people, projects, and timelines

Excellent storytelling and client-pitching skills

Content-obsessed, trend-savvy, and culture-forward

Bonus: Connected to freelance talent (directors, designers, writers, etc.)
