Monova seeks a highly skilled and motivated Product Design Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of our users.

We are a fast-paced startup company focused on developing innovative solutions in the fashion tech industry. Our team is comprised of leaders from Udaan, KreditBee, Amazon, Uber, and Microsoft.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product team to design user-centered experiences.
- Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and wireframes for our app.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Work closely with founders and head of styling to ensure alignment.
- Assist in creating and maintaining design documentation and style guides.
Requirements
- Degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in Product Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, ProtoPie (optional).
