Senior Director of AI Strategy

Job Summary:

Matrimony.com is seeking a visionary Senior Director of AI Strategy to lead our AI/ML initiatives and revolutionize matchmaking platforms. In this pivotal role, you will drive innovation across personalized recommendations, fraud prevention, and customer engagement using data science to redefine how people find love.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the AI/ML roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models to enhance user experiences.
  • Champion the integration of AI and LLM's to drive developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and enhance overall CX/RX.
  • Deploy LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
  • Lead analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
  • Build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives, enhancing both product development and user satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI Product Development (AI/ML/LLM implementation in B2C/B2B applications)
  • B.E./B.Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 or Premium Engineering Institutions; MBA or executive education preferred
  • Experience in Python, R, or any other programming language for data science
  • Strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills to develop and scale plans, strategies, and tactics for a business model.
