AI Champion Role

We are seeking a pioneering AI leader to spearhead our Operational Excellence vision through integrated Data and AI initiatives.

  • This strategic role will primarily drive internal AI projects and contribute significantly to AI-oriented product offerings.
  • The ideal candidate will bridge business acumen with foundational AI knowledge and possess strong domain expertise in at least one of DevOps, ITSM, PPM, and Cloud migrations and adoptions.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering internal AI literacy, translating business needs into actionable AI solutions, and operating within a lean, agile framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic & Operational AI Leadership:
    • Collaborate with existing internal teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
    • Lead and oversee 'quick win' internal AI pilot projects.
    • Collaborate with IT to establish essential data governance practices.
  • AI Product Contribution & Market Engagement:
    • Contribute to the vision and roadmap for AI-oriented product offerings.
    • Conduct lean market research and customer analysis.
    • Work with the Product Management Core team for lean development of AI-oriented product offerings.
    • Translate successful internal operational AI solutions into new or enhanced customer-facing products.
  • Internal Capability Building & Advocacy:
    • Act as the primary liaison for external AI/Data Strategy consulting.
    • Champion internal AI literacy and foster a data-driven culture.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in solutioning for one of PPM, ITSM, or DevOps domains with at least 1 year of experience solutioning and implementing Data and AI technologies.
  • Solid understanding of core AI/ML concepts.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software platforms like Atlassian, Google Workspace, AWS, Monday.com, and GitLab.
  • Understanding of at least one of DevOps, ITSM, PPM, Business Support Operations, and Cloud migrations and adoptions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of product management principles and experience with agile/lean methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving abilities; proactive, self-driven; influencing and building strong cross-functional relationships.
