Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to establish a new business from scratch as our Program Manager. As the key support to the business head, this role will span across various business functions, ensuring seamless integration and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all business data, extracting actionable insights for improvement, with equal emphasis on ground-level execution and behind-the-scenes analysis.
  • Oversee business inputs and outputs, collaborating closely with the business head and other teams to drive results.
  • Cultivate cross-functional relationships, bridging gaps between departments and providing expert guidance to facilitate problem-solving.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and productize business operations using internal tech and third-party SaaS solutions.
  • Play a pivotal role in new city launches, leading on-ground operations during the initial launch phase.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university and an MBA from a reputable institution.
  • 1-5 years of work experience in sales and program management, preferably in retail distribution/sales or BFSI.
  • Prior project management experience and proficiency in data dashboarding and analysis are essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A high degree of ownership, ability to switch context, and capacity to build new business skills quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
