Job Title: Senior Service Team Lead.

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Service Team Lead to oversee our customer-facing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving team performance, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to the growth of our company.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day activities of the team.
  • Motivate team members to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement timelines to achieve targets.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills.
  • Empower team members with skills to improve confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Lead role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills, such as objection handling, teamwork, and conflict management.
  • Contribute to the company's growth through successful team performance.
  • Create a pleasant working environment that inspires team members.
  • Identify individual and team skills gaps, plan, and implement effective short-term refresher programs based on audit findings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Total 1-2 years of experience in customer support.
  • Graduate from any field.
  • Excellent communication skills (B2 or C1 CEFR rating).
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills to give direction and guidance to the team.

Travel Requirements:
Candidate should have at least one year of experience in Travel or Aviation process knowledge.
Salesforce Tool:
Candidate should be well-versed with Salesforce tool.
