
Client Relationship Director

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead our client partnerships, driving business expansion and nurturing relationships with high net worth individuals and family offices.
About the Position:- Develop and execute outbound business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding and portfolio discussions.
- Manage the end-to-end client journey, leveraging internal experts when necessary, to deliver hyper-personalized solutions.
- Communicate complex investment strategies clearly, utilizing structured approaches to inform client decisions.
- Gather structured client feedback, collaborating with product and quant teams to drive innovation and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management, PMS/AIF advisory, or private banking, with a strong academic background from premier institutions.
- Demonstrated success managing HNI/UHNI relationships, particularly with younger or tech-savvy clients.
- Ai-native productivity, end-to-end ownership, and bias toward action, with a willingness to obtain the NISM Series XXI-B (Portfolio Managers) certification.
