Job Title

We are seeking a sales professional to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This role will play a key part in managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects through outbound calls, closing sales, and maintaining sales reports to monitor performance and guide decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inside Sales: Handle inbound leads, make outbound calls to qualify prospects, and generate interest in our products/services.
  • Lead Qualification & Conversion: Collaborate with partners, identify decision-makers, and close sales to meet/exceed targets.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate reports to track sales performance and lead progress.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records, documenting all customer interactions, sales activities, and conversions.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, sales coordination, or reporting.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven success in generating and closing sales via outbound calls and lead qualification.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
  • CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems for managing leads and tracking sales.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Analytical: Strong ability to analyze and interpret sales data and reports.
  • Multitasking: Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
