Workplace Cluster Operations Manager

The Workplace Cluster Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day delivery of workplace services. This includes ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering exceptional quality of service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Service Delivery: Ensure timely resets back to agreed format, including ownership of client clear deck policy, lost property process, and associated reporting.
  • Operational Excellence: Proactive checks to agreed schedules, reviewing ping reports from vendors to ensure occupants return to refreshed and clean workspaces.
  • Stakeholder Management: Support site leads in managing client relationships, complying with all contract requirements, and meeting or exceeding key performance indicators.
  • Service Quality: Deliver exceptional quality of service to clients as reflected by client feedback.
  • Operations Management: Ensure operations are managed effectively across all facilities within the cluster.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly facility reports on time, accurately tracking spent and controlling budget, and routinely inspecting contracted services to ensure performance measures are being maintained.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately track and manage inventory for soft services and maintenance, ensuring zero downtime and achieving client satisfaction as per client expectations.
  • Event Planning: Plan, organize, and arrange internal events for processes and business, including town hall meetings.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate, manage, and oversee vendors to perform workplace-related services, ensuring service deliverables meet SLAs and KPIs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve processes and services, implementing cost-saving initiatives that drive value for the organization at every level.
