Regional Travel Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Regional Travel Portfolio Manager to drive business growth and market expansion in a high-growth environment.

This role offers autonomy, visibility with the founders, and the opportunity to shape strategy while executing on the ground.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing a regional growth plan based on market research and analysis;
  2. Identifying untapped opportunities and seasonal demand patterns to create differentiated offerings;
  3. Working closely with the product team to develop travel products that resonate with customer needs and preferences;
  4. Collaborating with sales teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with market realities and team feedback;
  5. Analyzing performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement quick, effective solutions;
  6. Maintaining strong relationships with destination vendors and staying updated on changes in travel regulations;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree from a reputable business school;
  • 3-5 years of work experience in sales, category management, or business planning in sectors like Travel, e-commerce, ed-tech, fintech, Insurance, Hospitality etc.;
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and track business outcomes with minimal supervision;
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel - capable of building performance reports independently;
  • High energy, self-motivation, and a bias for action; thrives in an unstructured, high-responsibility environment;
  • Strong commercial sense and the ability to make logical, data-backed strategic decisions;
