We are seeking an ambitious and innovative Category Manager to take ownership of a regional travel portfolio. This role is ideal for young professionals who want to drive business results in a high-growth environment.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will identify market gaps, conceptualize unique travel experiences, and ensure our offerings remain competitive and compelling for travelers. This includes working closely with the product team to create differentiated travel products that resonate with customer needs and preferences.
You will also partner with Sales Managers to ensure sales strategies are aligned with market realities and team feedback, and collaborate with Marketing to design effective campaigns that generate quality customer interest for your region.
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking- Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement quick, effective solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with destination vendors, ensuring competitive offerings without compromising quality.
- Stay updated on changes in travel regulations, airline routes, and local tourism developments impacting your category.
This is a fast-track career opportunity with direct exposure to the founders. You will have full ownership of a regional portfolio with autonomy over strategy, pricing, and marketing alignment.
