Job Overview

The Customer Support Supervisor is a key role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to manage a team of customer support representatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, leading high-performing teams, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of customer support representatives to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve team goals.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and overall efficiency.
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team, including metrics such as average handle time, abandoned calls, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and sales to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and clearly.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team development.
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
Desirable Skills
  • Project management experience, with the ability to develop and execute project plans.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, including metrics such as customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and their applications in customer-facing roles.
