The network, recently acquired by Asia Healthcare Holdings (AHH), aims to build operating synergies and scale in the country. NIF offers personalized treatment plans, combining medical management, basic ART, and advanced ART to significantly improve pregnancy chances.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, managing customer service operations, and providing customer support. The role involves analyzing customer feedback, implementing service improvements, and ensuring a high level of communication with clients. The manager will lead a team dedicated to maintaining high standards of customer service and support throughout the clinic.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
 - Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve customer service processes
 - Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
 - Proven experience in managing customer service teams and operations
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
 - Experience in the healthcare industry or similar field is a plus
 - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
 - Have worked in target based environment and have strong will for meeting the targets as per business needs
