Customer Service and Admin Support
Location: Bangalore
Salary: 7,00,000 per annum + Benefits
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager Customer Service and Admin Support to manage the complete order lifecycle from inquiry to delivery. The role involves sales support, order management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Order Management
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and process purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, quotations, and communications.
- Coordinate with kitchen consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Manage customer queries and email communication promptly and professionally.
Coordination & Operations
- Liaise with accounts for invoicing and payment-related matters.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely order dispatches and local deliveries.
- Process vendor invoices and maintain vendor communication.
- Place orders to the factory and track production/shipping timelines.
Process Management:
- Handle the entire order cycle from inquiry receipt to final delivery.
- Ensure timely updates to customers and sales teams on order status.
- Maintain and update operational and sales reports using advanced Excel.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in equipment or B2B industry).
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of import and customs process would be an additional benefit.
