Senior Salesforce Test Lead Position Overview

This is a challenging opportunity to lead QA efforts for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Salesforce platform, as well as experience in test planning, test case design, and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test plans for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects
  • Define test scope, create detailed test cases, and ensure thorough coverage of Salesforce functionalities, configurations, and data models
  • Manage and guide QA testers to achieve project goals
  • Coordinate defect management activities and oversee execution of smoke, functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to drive quality and efficiency
  • Establish QA processes, best practices, and metrics to measure success
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals
  • Proven experience in test planning, test case design, and execution
  • Hands-on experience with QA and project management tools
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to drive QA teams forward
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality results
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading QA teams on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud transformation, migration, or integration projects
