Salesforce Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist

\

As a Salesforce QA specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our Salesforce applications. This includes designing, developing, and executing manual and automated test plans and cases based on user stories and specifications.

\

Key responsibilities include:

\
  • \
  • Performing both manual and automated testing, including functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)\
  • Developing and maintaining automation scripts to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the team\
  • Creating and maintaining test artifacts, such as test strategies, test cases, traceability matrices, and test coverage metrics\
  • Understanding business requirements, analyzing new features, and designing test plans and scripts for new components, customer-facing solutions, and integrations\
  • Collaborating with developers and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of Salesforce applications\
  • Providing accurate time estimations for manual and automation QA efforts\
  • Maintaining high-quality manual and automated scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts\
  • Working collaboratively with developers, testing teams, and other stakeholders in a geographically distributed team\
  • Identifying problems, documenting, and managing defects\
  • Reporting and presenting test results and demos to internal teams\\/ul\[

Required Skills and Qualifications

\

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

\
  • \
  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce QA testing experience\
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification\
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation Framework, especially using RPA UiPath Test Automation tool\
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture components - Sales, Service, Marketing, OMS, CPQ clouds\
  • Experience in agile/scrum development methodology\
  • Experience in web application automation\
  • Knowledge of template and components creation, site structure, workflows, and API integrations\
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills\\/ul\[
