What will you be doing at Atrium ?

The Quality Assurance Consultant will ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. Responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.

An excellent Quality Assurance Consultant has eyes like a hawk and solid experience in quality control. The ideal candidate is a reliable and competent professional whose approval will be necessary for the continuation of a business life cycle.

The goal is to ensure the high quality of our operations and services, aiming for the long-term success of our business.

Responsibilities Include :

- Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues.

- Monitor all operations that affect quality.

- Supervise and guide developers, BAs and other project team members on the best practices.

- Assure the reliability and consistency of development by checking processes and final output.

- Appraise customers requirements and make sure they are satisfied.

- Report all bugs, issues and deviations from best practices and methodology to the project manager to ensure immediate corrective action.

- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.

- Review current standards and policies.

- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation.

- Ensure all legal standards are met.

Requirements For This Role :

- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or relevant roles

- 1+ year of experience working directly with Salesforce

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.

- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards

- Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods

- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases

- Outstanding communication skills

- Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach

- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

- Reliable and Trustworthy

- Ability to work in rapid and agile development frameworks

- Strong organizational skills, ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesise the results.

- Quality Assurance Methodologies Strong understanding of QA processes, testing standards, and defect management.

- Salesforce Testing Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications, workflows, and integrations.

- Agile & Rapid Development Frameworks - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD pipelines.

- Data Analysis & Statistical Methods - Ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, and apply statistical tools.

- Bug Tracking & Reporting Tools - Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar defect tracking platforms.

- Test Documentation - Writing and maintaining test cases, test plans, and QA reports.

- MS Office Suite - Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and PowerPoint for reporting.

- Database Knowledge - Basic SQL or database querying to validate test results and ensure data accuracy.

- QA Automation Tools (preferred) - Exposure to automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, or TestNG) is an added advantage.
