Description : About the job : Take your career to the next level with the only consulting firm born in AI and delivering with AI.At Atrium, were not simply adapting to an AI-driven world weve helped define it since we were founded.Our clients partner with us because we turn potential into measurable impact, reshaping industries, realizing exponential value, and empowering organizations to thrive in an era of unprecedented technological advancement.As pioneers in AI-assisted delivery, were constantly optimizing how we deliver services for greater speed, accuracy, and efficiency.This commitment allows us to repeatedly deliver outcomes that other Salesforce and Snowflake partners merely promise.Care to join us?Who are you?Youre a smart collaborator who likes solving complex problems and takes ownership to get things done.You stay up to date with the latest and greatest in business and technology tools, platforms, and languages - and want to ensure your clients do too.You love working across teams and are enthusiastic about doing your part to ensure everyone succeeds.What will you be doing at Atrium?The Quality Assurance Consultant will ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers.Responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs, and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.An excellent Quality Assurance Consultant has eyes like a hawk and solid experience in quality control.The ideal candidate is a reliable and competent professional whose approval will be necessary for the continuation of a business life cycle.The goal is to ensure the high quality of our operations and services, aiming for the long-term success of our business.Responsibilities Include : - Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues- Monitor all operations that affect the quality- Supervise and guide developers, BAs, and other project team members on best practices- Assure the reliability and consistency of development by checking processes and final output- Appraise customers requirements and make sure they are satisfied- Report all bugs, issues, and deviations from best practices and methodology to the project manager to ensure an immediate course of corrective action- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality data- Review current standards and policies- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation- Ensure all legal standards are metRequirements For This Role : - 2- 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or relevant roles- 1+ year experience working directly with Salesforce- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards- Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases- Outstanding communication skills- Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities- Reliable and Trustworthy- Ability to work in rapid and agile development frameworks- Strong organisational skills and ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesise the results (ref:hirist.tech)
