
Strategic Automotive Growth Leader

Our organization is seeking an exceptional Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all domestic customers.
The ideal candidate will lead and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction within the domestic automotive market. This senior leadership role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing key customer relationships, and ensuring our offerings align with evolving market needs and customer expectations.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive value chain, including strong networks with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. They will also possess exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive business development strategies, identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, building and managing relationships with key domestic OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, leading contract negotiations, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal closure and integration with company operations.
Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for conducting regular market analysis, collaborating with sales, engineering, and product development teams to tailor solutions that address specific customer requirements, overseeing the customer lifecycle, and preparing and delivering compelling presentations and reports to senior management and customers.
Required qualifications and experience include a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, minimum 12–15 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the automotive components industry, and a deep understanding of the automotive value chain.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a results-driven mindset, and possess excellent time management, planning, and team leadership abilities.
