Senior Customer Support Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Support Manager to lead our customer support strategy at IZI. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all channels, including chat, email, and voice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive customer support strategies that enhance the customer experience and align with business objectives.
- Oversee all customer support channels, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert them into loyal customers.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of customer support representatives to foster a customer-centric culture.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of support initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer support management or a related field, with a focus on multi-channel support.
- Proven track record in lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
