Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for handling general customer contacts in a contact centre environment, providing high-quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

  • Enable customers to submit their KYC information through video calls, ensuring compliance and faster onboarding.
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers via face-to-face interaction, expediting the KYC process.
  • Act as a role model for our Group Values and Behaviours, supporting colleagues and customers to deliver superior customer service.
  • Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize its likelihood, including identification, assessment, mitigation, and control.

Key Responsibilities:

Role Purpose

Handles general customer contacts in a contact centre environment, typically dealing with multiple products and propositions.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Enable customers to submit their KYC information through video calls, ensuring compliance and faster onboarding.
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers via face-to-face interaction, expediting the KYC process.
  • Act as a role model for our Group Values and Behaviours, supporting colleagues and customers to deliver superior customer service.
  • Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize its likelihood, including identification, assessment, mitigation, and control.
  • Foster a compliance culture within the team, managing compliance risk and ensuring necessary training is completed.
  • Optimize relations with regulators.
Requirements
  • Minimum Graduation or higher, as required by the role.
  • Proficiency in languages required by the process.
  • Ability to work in flexible shifting schedules.
  • High-volume, fast-paced environment experience.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and basic software packages, and specialized applications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
