Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Excellence Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead the implementation of Global Supply ManEx processes and leverage best practice standards to improve performance.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing performance improvement initiatives to optimize cost, eliminate waste, and improve operational flexibility. The ideal candidate should have a strong focus on process improvement, waste reduction, efficiency optimization, and lean sigma certification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to optimize cost, eliminate waste, and improve operational flexibility.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate managerial leadership to develop team against role capabilities and drive Diageo Leadership standards.
  • Performance Metrics: Sustain improvement of Global Supply and make KPIs against unit level performance targets.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of Manufacturing Excellence principles, TQM, TPM, and Autonomous Maintenance.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
