Key Role: Scrum Master and Business Analyst

Job Summary:

A Scrum Master and Business Analyst will work collaboratively to facilitate Agile/Scrum best practices and remove impediments. The ideal candidate will have experience in data warehousing, data analytics, and project management.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document requirements for data projects.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with the team, architects, engineers, and QA to ensure accurate requirement delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data warehousing, data analytics, or data services.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
