Job Description

This is a unique role that combines technical expertise with business acumen.

  • Provide technical support - troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Upload stock and inventory files to external platforms/websites.
  • Develop and maintain reports for finance.
  • Clean and update CRM data.
  • Manage company-wide updates.
  • Support ongoing IT and operations projects.
  • Improve workflows using Excel and SQL or light scripting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or IT/business analyst roles.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Educational background in IT or Computer Science.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data cleaning.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
Key Responsibilities

This role involves a combination of technical and business responsibilities. As a Technical Business Operations Specialist, you will spend approximately 20-25% of your time on technical support and the remaining 75-80% on business operations support.
