About the Role:
Nation With Namo is a leading political consulting organization dedicated to providing high-quality professional support for political campaigns. Our mission is to enable enlightened political leadership, as exemplified by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
We leverage on-ground activities, data analytics, research, and new-age media as a force multiplier for the Prime Minister's messages and actions. Our team comprises diverse individuals from premier institutes and corporates, united by the objective of meaningfully contributing to the polity of the nation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic storytelling messaging on narratives related to politics and election campaigns.
- Strategize and execute a digital advertising plan in coordination with the Digital Advertising Team.
- People Management: Identify, recruit, and manage high-calibre individuals to achieve business objectives.
- Supervise content creators across different platforms, including narrative and content review.
- Landscape assessment and competitor analysis, along with monitoring.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of Indian politics, history, and current affairs.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
- 4-10 years of experience in a media organization.
- Digital media native with effective social media communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and experience.
