Strategic AI Leader

Our ideal candidate will drive organizational understanding of AI and ML capabilities, proposing strategic use to enhance business outcomes. They will partner with functional heads to solve business challenges using AI and Analytics solutions.

  • Translate business problems into analytical problems and build solutions leveraging AI/ML techniques.
  • Develop an approach to scale AI/ML agenda through various AI/ML solutions.
  • Enable data-driven business decision making and co-create strategy through storytelling with data.
  • Build and manage external relationships for outside-in perspective and innovative approaches.
  • Drive AI & Analytics projects end-to-end, including conceptualization, development, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Lead a strong team to become next-generation business-focused problem solvers.
Requirements

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • MBA or master's degree in quantitative fields from top-tier institutes.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of work experience in analytical roles.
  • Strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills.
  • Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and govern project execution.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, open-source tools, and cloud environments.
  • Experience with ML/DL frameworks and new-age cloud-based services.
