Drive Sales Growth and Success
As a Business Development Executive at Indus Systems & Services Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will enable you to build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored IT solutions to clients.
- Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitive landscape.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- 34 years of proven experience in IT sales with a focus on areas such as laptops, desktops, servers, storage, switches, routers, firewalls, PAM solutions, EDR solutions, or backup solutions like Veeam or Commvault.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Strong leadership abilities and team collaboration skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly motivated.
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
