Product Engineering Lead

As a seasoned Product Engineering Leader, you will oversee a global team of talented engineers in the development and delivery of our products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and mentor a global engineering team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them grow professionally and technically.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, scope, and quality standards.
  • Set product engineering standards and practices to ensure the team delivers secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute on product roadmaps.
  • Contribute to the technical design and architecture of our platform.
  • Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and workflows.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as C#, Java, Scala, Go, etc.
  • A security-first mindset: good knowledge of common security concepts such as authentication, authorization, encryption, etc.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Deep understanding of payment infrastructure and cryptocurrency.
  • Interest in fintech, including knowledge of blockchain technology.
