Job Title: Technical Specialist - JAMF Expertise

This role requires a seasoned technical specialist with extensive experience in JAMF administration, Microsoft Intune device management, and security compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise-level patching, vulnerability management, and advanced macOS and Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert-level JAMF administration services to manage MAC device management, user identity, and endpoint protection.
  • Maintain security compliance across the global endpoint estate using JAMF, SCCM, MECM, and Azure.
  • Ensure vulnerabilities are patched quickly and compliance levels are maintained through regular audits.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to Windows group policy, MAC policy, and security patches.
  • Develop and implement best-of-breed vulnerability, security, and Evergreen upgrade processes.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, packaging, senior technical management, product owners, and project managers to support technology across the collaboration stack.
  • Help deliver service improvements without unnecessary investment in new products by working smarter, providing better tools, and leveraging existing product sets.
  • Adhere to security policy standards and ensure operational requirements are met in the delivery of services around standards and engineering.
  • Manage product enhancements via agile processes with product owners.
  • Provide management reporting of end-to-end services via PowerBI.
  • Ensure the EUC estate meets all audit requirements.

Requirements:

  • Extensive technical experience covering JAMF administration on JAMF Pro/JAMF Cloud, Microsoft Intune device management, and policy configuration.
  • Knowledge of build task sequence in SCCM and advanced macOS and Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working in a compliance-driven environment and ability to deliver custom solutions via automation or other products to address non-standard requirements.
  • Strong understanding/experience of remote access technologies and client troubleshooting – Pulse VPN, NetScaler, Zscaler Cloud Proxy, Active Directory, and Group Policy, Azure AD, PKI infrastructure – Certificate Management and NDES.
